We only do all day rentals (6 hours), meaning we will deliver your inflatable between 9am - 12pm. Pickup begins at 6pm. We will give you the exact time of your delivery and pickup the day before your event, as the time varies depending on where you fall in the route that day.

If we find the weather conditions to be unsafe the day of your event we have the right to cancel your booking. If the wind goes above 20 MPH we cannot set up the unit! We will contact you to reschedule and will not refund the deposit as it will be used for the rescheduled booking.

All inflatables are cleaned between rentals with professional grade disinfectants. This ensures you have a clean and safe inflatable delivered to you every time!

When you go through the booking process a $25 deposit is required. The remaining balance will be due in full at the time of delivery in CASH ONLY. We will not unload rental until balance is paid in full.

A light rain will not stop the party, but we will contact you the day before if we see rain in the forecast and give you the option to rebook. However, if you decide to still want the inflatable delivered and set up and it begins to rain hard after we leave then there are NO REFUNDS. If rain occurs while renting our inflatables please deflate the unit and wait for the rain to pass. Once the rain passes, re-inflate and wipe inside with a rag. Any downpour, lightning, or high winds are unsafe conditions for operation and the unit must be turned off.

As long as you live within 15 miles of Inkster,MI then your inflatable is delivered free of charge. If your event is outside of the 15 mile radius then a fee will be charged. Fee amount varies, please contact us for more details.
